Front Entrance Makeover

As most of you have noticed, we have started moving ahead with the plans to beautify the front entrance to the subdivision.  The first step (repainting of the signs) has almost been completed, and we are voting on the new fall landscaping in the next few weeks.  Some of the work (sprinkler system and electrical service) will not be immediately visible, but when we replace the plants we will really have an entrance that we can be proud of.

One of the steps that has yet to be completed is painting of the white fence along Suwanee Dam Road.  We are planning to have a workday where volunteers can come up and spend an hour or so with a paintbrush.  Please consider volunteering to help with this, and we will get back to you with the planned time and date.  Just send e-mail to 'volunteer@settlesbridge.com'.

Without your continued support in the form of annual dues this would not be possible.  While your officers and committee members work exceedingly hard to find the most cost effective solutions, this type of work is still very expensive.  Thanks to everyone who has supported our homeowner's association over the years!
